Every mind is unique, how it functions, how it interrupts and how it processes is up to us in this lifetime to learn and master.

Our hearing and feelings are the earliest senses that develop in our mothers womb. So we hear her words and those of the people around us. What this essentially means is, what environment our mom is in, we experience, what our mom feels we feel, so if mom is stressed, depressed or anxiety ridden, we feel that intensely, same as happiness or joy. We are after all in a bubble of water which vibrationally amplifies everything! So, if at this crucial time in our development, when our minds are essentially beginning to develop, to hardwired in our life long programming, our thought patterning, then If there is conflict in her surroundings we are essentially making meaning out of her thoughts and/or those around us. This starts in the womb and generally till 8 years old. Can you see how environment already is major influence on us? The age old question of nature vs nurture….. comes massively into play.

This time in our lives is crucial to the way our beliefs and habits take hold. To add on top,(yes, icing on the cake) we come in to this life as well with 14 generations of coding in our DNA, so if our ancestors had unresolved issues, well they get passed down to us the same as the same smile you have from grandma, or eyes that you got from your aunt or the laugh you got from your uncle, etc. (crazy but fact)

When a child experiences stress from harsh words repeatedly spoken, or a traumatic event that leaves a lasting imprint in the mind, then our minds put that event on basically a loop. These events turn into memories (memory recall changes every time we recall an instance) and then into a belief and then in to a habit and then into a way of being throughout your life. Amazing part is, even if the incident happened so young we can’t even remember it, it still happened and got stored in the back files of our minds. Despite if it was major traumatic event, or something as simple as a parent, teacher or bully saying something derogatory to us. That moment imprinted and encoded that into those newly forming neurons and interconnected neural pathways and a repeated habit was formed. If really traumatic, our brilliant minds try to protect us and make us forget or change what happened. (this is where memory recall changes) As I said our minds are unique and brilliant. So if you ever question now as an adult, why do I think this way all the time, why do I date the same type of person, even though they are not right for me, or why can I not stop the tornado of whirling thoughts in my head…. Well odds are yes, it is due to something we made meaning of from womb to 8 and then just kept that snowball rolling down the hill of our life. That root cause of the snowflake are hidden in the back file of our mind, somewhere waiting to be discovered.

Now here is the tricky part… We have a subconscious mind and a conscious mind…. Conscious mind is our working logical mind the voice in our head….. how does that voice talk to you? Positive or negative? Those words have massive meaning but the meaning is usually again hidden from us, locked in the Subconscious mind. Good grief, can this not just be easy.. i know, right? In hypnosis we access the subconscious mind, it is pretty much the only way to get the conscious to be quiet (chatty Cathy) and let us access the truth of the root, of why you have the issue you do. In the sessions we are then able to see 3 scenes that string together over time, and get to the roots of the current issue are facing, make peace with it and release it. Then we plant new seeds during the transformation, so the new neurons and neural pathways to take up residence in your mind.
